Service To Adventure Bases

Arrowmen opportunities for the three BSA High Adventure bases allow lodge members to enjoy outdoor excursions of the highest caliber in exchange for a service commitment.  In their efforts to improve camping at all levels, the Brotherhood of Cheerful Service has set up volunteer work programs at the Philmont Ranch in New Mexico, Northern Tier Canoe Base in Minnesota, and the Sea Base in Florida.  If you are interested in any of these opportunities, please contact Lodge Advisor Tony Martin (abmartin at insightbb dot com)

 Service in the Snow!

In fine Klondike Derby tradition, lodge members have been asked to serve at the council Klondike Derby at Camp Robert Drake on January 31, 2009. The lodge’s very own Vice-Chief of Activities Carson Lewis will provide leadership to the lodge’s support of the largest singe day event in the council. To sign up for “Panning for Gold” duties, contact Carson at (1eagle-i at sbcglobal dot net).

 Committee Involvement

Please contact Lodge Chief Nathan (Lee nate_lee_92 at hotmail dot com) if you are interested in getting involved with a committee of the lodge. Several choices for service involve a wide variety of options that support the brotherhood, the council, and Camp Robert Drake. Your role in the lodge is important in building activities, improving communications, and/or helping other Scouts.
